I get information, expertise, help, support and personal interaction in a friendly but professional manner. I m impressed and helped and grateful in equal measure each time I attend. I feel 'we' , that is Dr and I, are a team sorting out my health issues and this gives confidence, support, and improvement. And I get better too!

I have found Dr Bew to be sympathetic to my issues, to listen and to try to meet my needs. It is often difficult to get timely appointments with him personally. Mostly I think I have been given adequate time but there have been occasions when I have felt more hurried than I wanted. I recognise he has time pressures but this can be frustrating.

Only problem is it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment to see him. He listens well and is prepared to give time to deal with difficult matters; he is good about helping patients make decisions about their health and doesn't order patients to do things - he even does home visits! (as do the rest of the practice). I would recommend this practice to anyone living in the area.
